How I Work with Clients
Achieving meaningful professional and personal goals often requires coaching, training, and organization development.
Working with individuals, I help clarify a client’s short and long term goals. I also employ a range of assessment tools and role play techniques to facilitate self-investigation and skill development. This dialogue allows clients time to reflect, develop their creative problem-solving, and work towards professional fulfillment.
When working with groups, I customize a needs assessment to guide a team conversation. I then structure this conversation so that the group can plan and hone its deeper creative thinking. As the group begins to honor its professional diversity, it can harness differences to its advantage, bridging interdependent fields of expertise. The connections formed during this process can be transformational, creating empathy, goodwill and a shared sense of purpose.
